I use these when I send my headshots to casting directors because they can see what I look like before they even open up the envelope. They are made out of the same quality as a regular envelope. The only thing is, I wish the came in a 8.5" x 11" instead, although I am happy with my 9x12. This size is really big for a 8x10 headshot. They are perfect for anything that you need to send out that you want people to see right away.
I used these envelopes to mail out photos of a lakefront property we are promoting. The clear plastic window is the perfect size. I like the rounded corners of the see-thru window with the right amount of of white paper edges. They showcases the photos very well. They are sturdy envelopes for our project but not heavy-duty; I did not want to pay extra for unnecessarily heavy-duty envelopes.
I used these to give out school photos for our homeschool co-op and they were perfect. They kept the prints safe and allowed parents to see their kids photos. It was really a stunning presentation. Definitely recommended.
I use these to deliver photo prints to my customers. The only complaint I have is that the cellophane window is slightly streaked and foggy degrading the look of the photos inside . So, I always take the photos out to show the customer and then put them back inside before handing it to them.
The envelopes are a little flimsy but work for my needs. I just want to put certificates in them, so for that it is fine. You do get a lot for the money.
