    • When can I expect to receive my order?

      Printed products require 3-5 business days for production. Large orders, as well as the time you take to approve your proof, may delay the production.
      Blank stock orders are typically shipped the same day if placed by 2 PM.

    • Do you offer rush service?

      Sure. Select the rush option for the additional fee to have your order processed same or next day. We will ship with the shipping method selected at checkout.

    • Which shipping method is used?

      All orders ship with the method selected at checkout. We ship with both UPS & FedEx.

    • What is your return policy?

      For Blank stock items, if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the package within 30 days of delivery to receive a refund on the item cost. Order must be returned in the original packaging with no markings or other damages.

    • Will I be able to proof my envelope before the order is printed?

      Yes. Simply check the “email me a proof” box which can be found on the envelope design page. submit your order and allow 24 hours for a response. You will receive an email with a link to review and approve your proof before production begins. If you would like to make changes, you can reject the proof and reply with comments.

    • Do you have any setup fees?

      No. we do not charge for first time template setup.

    • Will my checks match your double window envelopes?

      Our double window envelopes are designed to match all QuickBooks checks.

    • What is the best envelope for Invoices?

      A standard #10 envelope is big enough to fit your QuickBooks invoices.

    • What is a return envelope?

      A return envelope is the envelope which you would include in your letter for clients to mail requested documents back to you. We offer both #9 & #6 ¾ size return envelopes.

    • Do you charge tax?

      We only collect sales tax if you are ordering in the state of New York. If you are tax exempt, email your Tax-Exempt form to [email protected]

    • Do you charge additional fees to add a logo?

      All logos are FREE in one color print. For full color printing, see prices according to envelope style and qty.

    • What logo files do you accept?

      The original PDF art file is recommended to ensure high quality printing. We accept pdf, jpeg, AI, tiff, and gif files.

    • What DPI (resolution) setting is best?

      300 DPI (dots per inch) logo resolution is best to ensure that your logo appears sharp and clear on your printed product.

    • What is the paper weight used for your envelopes?

      We carry both 24lb and 28lb stock. Depending on the envelope size and style.

    • Can I have my barcode printed on my return envelopes?

      Yes. Provide us with a print-ready file.
