Whatís the turnaround time for processing printed envelopes?
Your order Will be shipped from our plant within 3-5 business days after your approval .

Do you offer Rush services?
Blank stock usually ships same days.
Printed envelope orders, select our RUSH option to ship within 48 business hours after your approval. We will contact you if we will not be able to ship your order timely and refund you the Rush fee.

Will I be able to proof the envelopes before my order is printed?
Yes! You may request that for no additional charge and we usually email a pdf sample same day.

What if I canít find the product Iím looking for?
Simply use our Contact Us page to submit your request. We will email you a reply at our earliest convenience.

Can you set me up on a net 30?
We need to get credit card payment on your first order, however we will be glad to set you up on a net 30 for your future orders.

Do you have any set up fees?
No, we do not have any set up fees.

Do you charge additional fees to add a logo?
All logos are FREE

What format logo do you accept?
We accept a pdf, tiff, gif or jpeg file.

What DPI setting (resolution) should I use for the logo?
We would recommend a 300 DPI- DPI stands dots per inch- logo to ensure that your logo appears sharp & clear.

Whatís the weight of your paper?
Depending on the envelopes- some are 24 lb stock and others 28 lb stock.

Is your site secure?
Our site is secure once you enter your personal information.

Whatís your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your order Within 14 days of receipt of your order, and receive a full refund.

Order must be returned in their original condition; envelopes must be returned with no markings or other damage.

Will my checks match your double window envelopes?
Sure. Our double window envelopes are designed to match the QuickBooks checks.

What is the easiest way to order my envelopes?
There are several ways to place your order.
1) Online-simply place your order online
2) By Email- you may also e-mail us the information
3) Fax-fax us over a copy of your current envelope

5)By Phone-you may phone in your order and we will email you a pdf proof to ensure that the information is correct.

What are the best envelopes for my invoices?
A #10 envelope will be big enough to fit you Quickbooks invoices.

What is a return envelope?
We have either a #6 or a #9 return envelope. Thatís the envelope which you include in your letter so your client may mail you back the requested documents.

Can I add a barcode, put stamp here or my permit # on the envelopes?
Of course, however you will need to provide us with the information.

Is there additional cost?
Absolutely not!
