How soon can I get my printed envelopes?

Production takes 3-5 business days. Very large orders, as well as the time you take to
approve a proof, may delay production.

How quickly will you ship my order?

All orders ship with UPS ground, unless you select expedited shipping. Click here for the
UPS transit time map.

Do you offer rush services?

Blank in-stock products usually ship same day. For printed envelope orders, select our
RUSH option for shipping within 48 business hours after your approval. In the unlikely event
we cannot honor rush delivery, we will contact you and refund the rush fee.

Will I be able to proof the envelopes before my order is printed?

Yes. On the envelope design page, check the "Email me a proof" box under the
envelope sample for a PDF proof at no cost. Customizations can be made upon request.

Do you have any setup fees?

No. We do not have any setup fees.

Do you charge additional fees to add a logo?

All logos are FREE in single-color print. For full color printing, see prices.

What file formats do you accept for logos?

We accept pdf, tiff, gif, AI, and jpeg files. The original PDF file is recommended. Please
note: We are not responsible for low-quality printing resulting from low-resolution files.

What DPI setting (resolution) should I use for the logo?

We recommend a 300 DPI (dots per inch) logo resolution to ensure it appears sharp and
clear on your printed product.

What’s the weight of your paper?

That depends on the envelope you choose: We carry 24 lb. stock and 28 lb. stock.

Is your site secure?

Our entire checkout and data management system is secured with today’s best security
measures and practices.

What’s your return policy?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the package within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund of the item cost.
We don't refund the shipping fee from the original order. Orders must be returned in their original condition with no markings or other damage.

Will my checks match your double window envelopes?

Our double window envelopes are designed to match all QuickBooks checks.

What are the best envelopes for my invoices?

A standard #10 envelope is big enough to fit your Quickbooks invoices.

What is a return envelope?

We have either a #6 or a #9 return envelope, which you would include in your letter for
clients to mail requested documents back to you.

Can I add a barcode on the envelopes?

Yes. Please provide us with a print-ready file.
