What’s the turnaround time for processing printed envelopes?
Production time takes 3-5 business days.
It may take longer to process very large orders.
Requesting a proof may delay production as well, depending on how soon you approve the sample.
What is the turnaround time for shipping?
All orders ship with UPS ground, unless the expedited shipping method has been selected.

Do you offer Rush services?
Blank stock usually ships same days.
For printed envelope orders, select our RUSH option to ship within 48 business hours after your approval. We will contact you if we will not be able to ship the order timely and refund the Rush fee.

Will I be able to proof the envelopes before my order is printed?

Yes. Select the "email me a proof" checkbox under the envelope sample (on the envelope design page) and you will receive  a PDF proof for no additional fee. Customizations can be made upon request.


What if I can’t find the product I’m looking for?

Simply use our Contact Us page to submit your request. We will email a reply at our earliest convenience.
Do you have any set up fees?
No, we do not have any set up fees.

Do you charge additional fees to add a logo?

All logos are FREE in a one color print. For full color printing, see prices.


What format logo do you accept?

We accept pdf, tiff, gif, AI or jpeg files. The original PDF file is recommended.

Please note: We are not responsible for low quality printing when submitting poor resolution files. 


What DPI setting (resolution) should I use for the logo?
We would recommend a 300 DPI- DPI stands dots per inch- logo to ensure that your logo appears sharp & clear.
What’s the weight of your paper?
Depending on the envelopes- some are 24 lb stock and others 28 lb stock.
Is your site secure?
Our site is secure once you enter your personal information.
What’s your return policy?
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the package within 14 days of delivery and receive a full refund. Orders must be returned in their original condition with no markings or other damage. Please send the invoice along with the order to the following address:

Please note: The return policy is for BLANK envelopes only. Custom printed envelopes CANNNOT be returned. 

Will my checks match your double window envelopes?

Our double window envelopes are designed to match the QuickBooks checks.
What are the best envelopes for my invoices?
A #10 envelope will be big enough to fit you Quickbooks invoices.

What is a return envelope?
We have either a #6 or a #9 return envelope. That’s the envelope which you include in your letter so your client may mail you back the requested documents.
Can I add a barcode on the envelopes?
Yes, however you will need to provide us with a ready to print file.
